Our Opportunity

We’re looking for talented graduates to join our engineering team on a full-time, permanent basis, based in our central-London office. From day 1 you’ll undertake transport infrastructure design work using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools which contributes to the design and delivery of Momentum’s wide range of projects. These will include highways and traffic engineering, street and public realm design, masterplans, servicing and construction logistics. As one of our graduates you will be given the necessary training alongside the responsibility and opportunities to work on iconic projects across London and around the world.

Who We Are

Momentum is an integrated transport consultancy, based in London and with offices in Houston and Montreal. Our three core specialisms of planning, analytics and engineering are bound together by our shared vision to improve the environments we live, work and play in.

We’re at the forefront of fighting climate change and are proud of the way we work with our clients every day to push sustainability boundaries and challenge ourselves to do things better. As part of all the projects we work on, we look at how to reduce and minimise the predicted impacts from the development and project. Every day our work ensures more people can travel sustainably, while also creating safe, liveable, well-planned and equitable places and neighbourhoods.

We work on some of the most exciting and challenging development planning and infrastructure projects in London and cities around the world – from large commercial skyscrapers to sports stadiums and major events. We are highly regarded by our clients, who include major developers, architects, contractors and local authorities.

What We Do:

We’re responsible for designing and building cities and towns for people – regardless of their age, physical ability or disability, gender or sexual orientation. We can only do this successfully if our team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds.

Our culture is unique to us. We’re diverse and inclusive, believe in our team, support each other in challenging times and work together to find better ways of doing things. We have an open, psychologically-safe culture, operate within a strong ethical code and live by our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles and CSR responsibilities.

We are the proud holders of the CIHT ‘team of the year’ and ‘employer of the year’ awards and have Great Places to Work certification.
