What we do

We build, acquire, lease-up and operate telecommunications towers that can accommodate and power the needs of multiple tenants. Our tenants are the major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and we serve them across nine high-growth markets (8 in Africa + Oman in the Middle East). Overview

As the Group Head of Performance Operating Centre, you will lead the evolution of our Performance Engineering function, using digitalisation to streamline processes and deliver efficiencies across sites in our Operating Companies (OpCo).

Location: London or Dubai

Role Responsibilities

As the Group Head of Performance Operating Centre, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and reporting on functional performance to the manager
  • Leading the implementation and adoption of digitalisation tools across the Performance Operating Centre function.
  • Defining the processes across the Performance Operating Centre teams that leverage digitalization to eliminate waste and non-value add activities.
  • Developing a structure and operating model that uses the real-time insight captured from across sites to drive value and achieve strategic KPI’s.
  • Ensuring the reliability of data across customer reports and partners reports through standardization and effective use of the company database.
  • Determining the functional requirements and roadmap for the Performance Operating Centre digitalization strategy.
  • Designing and implementing operational changes and provide associated user impact assessment.
  • Providing measurable input to new processes or standards in operational plans that will have some impact on the achievement of overall function results.

Role requirements

To succeed in the role, you will be/will have:

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Operational Digitalisation, Global Operating Centres.
  • Experience working in a large or public listed organization.
  • Experience developing and delivering functional strategy
