Exolum, a Global Company based in 11 countries is starting an innovative development program to enhance business and leadership skills so you are prepared to tackle tomorrow’s challenges.

The aim is to develop future leaders of the company through an international business and location rotations programme for a 5 year period, which includes and immersion into our clients’ company culture as well as development and learning opportunities to enhance your career.

In this international rotation programme, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise across a variety of different departments and countries.

Initial Location & country of reference: United Kingdom

Essential requirements:

• Batchelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
• Business Administration Knowledge or a master's degree in business administration
• 2.5 to 4 years demonstrable experience in the field
• Willing to relocate internationally on a regular basis over a five-year period
• Be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Be willing to embark on an international mobility programme
